This course is designed to provide participants with a complete look at the Affordable Care Act and the Compliance issues associated with ACA. It will then incorporate HIPAA and Privacy Compliance issues as well as Medicaid Agreement Compliance issues. Understanding the importance of these programs and knowing how to avoid compliance problems, if audited knowing what you are legally required to do and finally, what could be the outcomes for a business who does not comply with the new program regulatory requirements.
